The Fargo AirSho is both a flying event and ground expo. Aviation performances are subject to weather conditions beyond our control; however, the ground displays go on rain or shine.
In the unlikely event both the aerial events and the ground expo are canceled on Saturday, all tickets will be honored on Sunday. Flightline Club, Commander Chalet, and Corporate Chalet tickets will be seated as general admission, but food and beverage service will still be provided.
No refunds or rain checks will be issued due to weather conditions.
-
Flightline Club tickets are individual VIP tickets with the best views of the flying action, complete with food and beverage service. Flightline Club seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Ticket availability is limited to provide guests with a spacious VIP experience. Learn more about VIP ticket options at fargoairsho.com/tickets.

All VIP tickets will need to be exchanged for the appropriate wristband at the Fargo Air Museum. Please enter the East Doors of the Fargo Air Museum (main entrance) and follow the direction of staff and volunteers to receive your wristband. Each individual, regardless of age, will require the appropriate wristband to enter their designated VIP area on the airfield. Signage and volunteers will assist in guiding you to the proper area.
If you have printed your tickets, please bring them to be scanned. You can also choose to display your ticket on your phone or device via your confirmation email. If you have purchased several tickets and display them on your phone, you will need to swipe and have each ticket/barcode scanned upon entry with your party.
-
If you wish to purchase a Commander’s Chalet you will purchase one (1) ticket. That is able to be scanned 8 times. There is no need to buy additional day passes. If that ticket is scanned any more than 8 times, it will be rejected.
If your group is not arriving together, it is our recommendation to print out your ticket multiple times (no more than 8) and distribute amongst your group prior to the dates of the AirSho.
