Recommended & Restricted Items

Seating

We recommended to bring your own chairs and blankets.

Misting tents and limited shade areas are planned for spectators to get a break from the sun. Hand-held umbrellas are encouraged for personal comfort but large free-standing umbrellas, tents, or canopies are not allowed. Please be mindful of those around you.

Bag Policy

All bags are subject to search, maximum size permitted is 15”x15”. Backpacks, coolers and oversized bags are prohibited with exceptions for medical necessity (ex. diaper bags, medical bags). Any medically necessary bags will be searched thoroughly.

This policy is designed to provide a safe environment for guests and to expedite entry into the facility. Bags that are not allowed must be taken back to a vehicle or other arrangements made. Fargo AirSho will not be responsible for storing any bag that is prohibited.

Weather Policy

The Fargo AirSho is both a flying event and ground expo. Aviation performances are subject to weather conditions beyond our control; however, the ground displays go on rain or shine.

In the unlikely event both the aerial events and the ground expo are canceled on Saturday, all tickets will be honored on Sunday. Flightline Club, Commander Chalet, and Corporate Chalet tickets will be seated as general admission, but food and beverage service will still be provided.

No refunds or rain checks will be issued due to weather conditions.
